Q: How do I place an order?
A: Placing an order is a simple, safe and easy thing with Smartdroid. Choose a product, add it to your cart, click checkout, enter your billing and shipping address, select a payment method and a shipping method, then enter a discount code if available, and submit the order. If you choose to create an account first or during the checkout, all the information will be automatically remembered by our system and can be readily used for your future orders.
An order confirmation will be emailed to you shortly after your order is placed. A separate shipping confirmation email with a courier tracking number will be sent after your order is dispatched. If your ordered product is unexpectedly out of stock, we'll email/phone you about alternative models or ETA of new stocks as soon as we can. You may choose to wait for the new stock, change to another product that can be shipped quickly or get a refund. Nice and easy.
A: sorry, our courier agent, NZ Couriers doesn't deliver to P.O. Box addresses. So please provide a physical address for delivery.
Q: Can I cancel or make changes to the items in my order?
A: Since we strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible, we can only cancel or change orders that are on backorder status or haven't been prepared by our warehouse for shipment. If you simply change your mind about an order, we are unable to cancel it for you. We suggest you make the purchase carefully. Because order cancellation will cost our administration overhead, there is 10% of total order value cancellation fee applicable to each order to cover our cost. Please contact us by email to request the cancellation and/or changes. Thanks for your understanding.

A: We use the latest SSL encryption methods ensuring that your credit card information is transmitted to us in a safe and secure manner. GeoTRUST is our SSL provider and the leading supplier in the online payment market.
Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: We accept credit card such sa Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, Internet Banking, bank transfer or cash. For more information, read our Payment page.
Q: I don't have a credit card. Can I pay by cash/online banking and pick up?
A: Yes, you can pay by online bank or direct deposit to our bank account. Please enter your order number in the reference field of your bank transfer transaction. Our bank account numbers can be found under About Us > Payment page, and are included in the order confirmation email you receive.
Q: Do you offer volume discounts?
A: Yes! We offer discounts for bulk orders. Please contact us by email for further details.

Q: How do I connect it with my TV?
A: Find a spare HDMI port on your TV. Then connect the TV stick using the HDMI cable included in the package.
Q: What remote is supported?
A: there are three options. You can either use a wireless keyboard/mouse, an air mouse, or your smartphone. A client app called Droidmote is required and can be downloaded from Google app store.
Q: Can I plug a USB hard drive to play back my media files?
A: Yes. If the USB port is used by air mouse or wireless mouse/keyboard, use the OTG cable to connect to the external harddrive. Alternatively use a USB hub to connect multiple USB devices. High speed USB 2.0 hub can be found in our catalog.
Q: How do I extend the storage?
A: You can expand the storage by plugging a Micro SD card to the slot on the TV boxes.
